四川天然气储量丰富,且拥有较完整的汽车产业链,具有发展推广LNG汽车的先天优势。通过对LNG汽车与其他车型对比的经济性、技术可行性、环保性、资源保障能力分析,认为LNG汽车具有续驶里程长,经济性、环保性、安全性好等优势,是四川省乃至全国未来清洁能源汽车的重要发展方向。政策环境、产业基础、气源供应保障、科研力量等构成了四川省LNG汽车产业发展的驱动因素,但政策导向不强、加气站布点滞后等因素制约了LNG汽车的进一步推广,为此,提出了统筹规划LNG汽车产业政策、大力发展LNG汽车装备制造业、健全完善LNG汽车研发体系等政策建议。

Sichuan is rich in natural gas reserves. It also has a relatively complete industrial chain for developing LNG car as the basic advantages. Through the analysis of the economy, technological feasibility, environmental protection and resource support capacity of LNG car and other models, the LNG has the advantages of long duration, economy, environmental protection, safety, and so on, which is an important development direction of Sichuan province and even the whole country in the future. Policy environment, industrial base, gas supply security, scientific research strength constitute the driving factors of the LNG vehicle industry development in Sichuan Province; While the weak policy orientation, the shortage of gas stations and other factors restrict the further promotion of LNG car. This paper proposes some suggestions: （1）the overall planning of the LNG automobile industry policy; （2）the vigorous development of the LNG automotive equipment manufacturing industry; （3）the improvement of the LNG car research and development system and so on.
