摘要

为了充分认识全面统筹钻井运行和科学调度钻机在钻井工程实施过程中的关键性与重要性,以我国天然气勘探开发中占有重要地位并具有代表性的川渝地区钻井运行管理系统为研究对象,分析了加快天然气增储上产节奏对钻井运行管控模式改革的必要性,研究了钻井工程全过程科学预警方法和钻机科学调度规则,建立了钻井运行管理智能化信息系统并应用于实践。研究结果表明:① 钻井运行管理过程中,可通过高效串联 “六大环节”(井位部署、测设征地、钻前工程、钻机调度、钻完井、试油压裂),促进全过程管理协同化;② 根据机型、时间、距离等分项指标的综合评价形成双边匹配算法,通过钻机智能调度可准确预判钻机与井场匹配趋势,科学辅助合理调度钻机;③ 通过创新钻井运行“一张图”,结合地理信息技术,可实现钻井运行管理全过程动态跟踪、实时监控、智能分析、预警纠偏。结论认为:① 科学预警方法对于钻井工程提速提效具有明显的助推作用;② 应用钻机科学调度规则可以提高钻机需求量测算及调度效率;③ 所研发的川渝地区钻井运行管理智能化信息系统对于提高钻井的科学管理水平具有现实意义。

Abstract

In order to sufficiently understand the importance of drilling planning and scientific dispatching of drilling rig, a system of drilling operation management available for Sichuan-Chongqing area, a crucial and representative natural-gas exploration and development area in China, was taken as an objective to analyze the necessity to speed up the gas reserve and production growth and to carry out the mode reform. Then, the whole-process scientific prewarning method of drilling engineering and the scientific dispatching rule were also analyzed. Finally, an intelligent information system was developed for the drilling operation management. Results show that (1) in the process of drilling operation, to integrate "six major links" can promote the whole collaborative management; (2) the established bilateral matching algorithm depends on comprehensive evaluating machine type, time, distance, and other sub-indicators. And intelligent rig dispatching can accurately predict the matching trend of drilling rig and well site, so as to provide scientific evidence for reasonable dispatching; and (3) the whole-process dynamic tracking, real-time monitoring, intelligent analysis and prewarning, and correcting drilling operation management can be realized by innovating "one diagram" of drilling operation and integrating with geographic information technology. In conclusion, the prewarning method plays a remarkable role in promoting drilling speed and efficiency. In addition, the scientific rig dispatching rule can improve demand calculation and dispatching efficiency. What's more, this intelligent information system for the drilling operation management in Sichuan-Chongqing area is of practical significance to improve a scientific management level.
